Following the highly successful launch in 2024, we are delighted to announce that the STEP GVA NextGen Initiative will be returning in 2025

The NextGen community in Geneva is vast and there is little dedicated to enhancing a social network for NextGens – a vital part of career development. The STEP GVA NextGen Initiative bridges that gap by bringing the opportunity for NextGens to connect in a dedicated environment.
Our NextGen events are a dedicated social forum for NextGen professionals to meet, network and build business interests organically together. As always, STEP members and non-members are welcome – the bigger the community, the more advantages for everyone.

A quick reminder as to who qualify as NextGen. This is not defined by an age limit. It is anyone in the first 10+ years of their career or those who have completed their STEP Diploma within the last 4 years. It is not those who are business owners, CEOs, senior managers or partners in their businesses. Please bear this in mind when registering!
