We are hosting our year-end networking drinks for our NextGen community: a chance to come together to catch up with peers and be introduced to new faces. Let’s close the year on a high!

The NextGen community in Geneva is vast and there is little dedicated to enhancing a social network for NextGens – a vital part of career development. The STEP GVA NextGen Initiative bridges that gap by bringing the opportunity for NextGens to connect in a dedicated environment.

Our first event in 2026 is going to take place on 30 April 2026, but but the date below for another 2 events

A quick reminder as to who qualify as NextGen. This is not defined by an age limit. It is anyone in the first 10+ years of their career or those who have completed their STEP Diploma within the last 4 years. It is not those who are business owners, CEOs, senior managers, directors or partners in their businesses. Our NextGen events are also not intended to be an open platform for recruiters. Please bear this in mind when registering!
